While I didn’t always have these nouns for it, these have been the bedrock to my pursuit of a life in creative spaces. I was born in Washington, D.C to a large, loud Jewish family, and quickly learned how I wanted to use my voice. I started performing professionally at age 9, and every summer, I was shipped off to a camp called French Woods, where I seemed to always play roles that were way too old for me (shoutout Norma Desmond.)

As I got older, my love for performing shifted into something deeper; both a cathartic way to comment on and deal with an unfair and unjust world, and to inspire those around me to the same. Around this time, I also taught myself to play the guitar and write songs.

I studied musical theater at The University of Cincinnati, College Conservatory of Music, where I continued to hone my craft and shape my values. Today, as an NYC based actor, I enjoy lending my voice to projects that speak on deep truths about our society, as well as joy bombs that allow humans to find refuge from the outside world. In my free time from auditioning, I perform my original music around the city, teach yoga at Corepower, and volunteer for organizations such as Broadway Green Alliance and Sing for Your Seniors.
